A very kind and empathetic veterinarian who also sees patients outside of regular hours, even in emergencies. Our dog wasn't afraid or panicked at all, but unfortunately, we had to have her euthanized. The whole process was very calm, without stress or suffering for the animal, which was a great comfort to us. We highly recommend this practice; we will continue to use them as clients and recommend them to others. They don't charge exorbitant prices for emergencies, unlike some other practices.

I can't confirm the otherwise very positive reviews for us. I can't comment on the veterinary services, and we would definitely not return for the hoof trimming of our four Cameroon sheep. One of the sheep is now lame in both front and back, is completely terrified, and can no longer be caught, even though we would like to disinfect the bloody hoof. Our concerned follow-up inquiry resulted in a call with the succinct statement: "It happens sometimes, when they fidget, it goes away again." (Our inquiry to a sheep farmer we know – with the attached photo – resulted in great outrage and the suggestion that a professional veterinarian should be reported for this.)

We are so happy to have come to this practice through a recommendation. In 2025, I visited four different veterinary practices to get help for our cat, who has chronic feline herpesvirus (FHV). We were told there was nothing that could be done, and each visit cost around €50. Ms. Lachmann knew what to do, and our Bella is doing very well now. Thank you, thank you!

Thank you for the competent, loving care of a young hedgehog! We were informed about everything related to hedgehogs, so we will now accompany him through the winter. In summary: A fantastic vet (and her assistant) who also know about hedgehogs and are willing to help.

Our cat was diagnosed with FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions), and since our vet doesn't have an X-ray machine, we went to this practice. Dr. Lachmann took plenty of time and was very empathetic. The surgery was performed quickly, and afterward, she explained everything to us in detail using the X-rays. We felt very well cared for and would consult Dr. Lachmann again without hesitation.
