Super friendly veterinarian! We've been coming here with our cat and dog for about a year and a half now and are very satisfied. The advice is friendly and helpful; they take their time to listen but still manage to get through the treatments quite quickly, so everyone in the waiting room gets a turn. A few tips for those who haven't been here before: - Only cash payments are accepted, so it's best to bring a bit more cash. - The waiting area isn't huge, so with my dog, who has issues with other dogs, I prefer to wait outside, but that's never been a problem. - At least once a year, the team participates in spay/neuter campaigns abroad, and the practice is closed. As far as I know, this isn't always posted online, so it's a good idea to call ahead and ask. However, the information is always posted in advance on flyers that the practice gives you. All in all, very satisfied!

It was my dog’s first appointment, we had nose issues so we arrived at the morning. We filled some paperwork and waited for our turn, meanwhile assistant came and offered some dog treats for my dog. The communication was great, doctor and assistant speaks well English so it was a big relief for English speaking person, definitely recommend!

Absolutely recommendable! It was my first time there and I'm extremely satisfied. They removed tartar. Much cheaper than in Hamburg. The dentist and staff are incredibly friendly and competent. Excellent advice. Also very easy to reach from Hamburg by S-Bahn (suburban train). I'm thrilled, and so are my dogs 🐕 🐕. The initial consultation was friendly, empathetic, and professional. The teeth cleaning was done yesterday. I'm completely satisfied, and so is my dog. The dentist is kind and works very thoroughly.
