A truly amazing veterinarian—top-notch in her field and simply wonderful as a human being! She treats both animals and people with such passion that you immediately feel like you're in good hands. Thank you for your loving manner and the wonderful care! 🐾❤️
Extremely negligent! Ms. Arndt was highly recommended to me, so I went to her practice immediately. The woman was nice enough, but apparently didn't listen at all and didn't examine everything properly. My dog has (and it's extremely obvious) periodontal disease. His lower front teeth are extremely loose, his gums are dark and receding significantly. The gums on his upper jaw were also bright red and clearly inflamed. I pointed all of this out to her and was told, "That's not serious, it's normal. They'll strengthen again. Wait three months, and it will look completely different." I left the practice with a bad feeling. A month later, I sought a second opinion because there had been absolutely no improvement. Yes... my dog was immediately prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, as it was definitely periodontal disease and the bacterial infection needed to be treated immediately. A lot of gunk had accumulated in the crevices, which will need to be cleaned regularly in the future. And lo and behold: after a week, the inflammation was gone, and my dog is doing much, much better. If a bacterial infection persists for too long, the bacteria can enter the bloodstream and thus reach the heart, which can lead to the animal's death. A simple conclusion: EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT!
A truly fantastic practice. My dogs are treated so wonderfully and competently. We always enjoy going there and feel extremely well cared for.
