We would like to sincerely thank the entire practice! Our cat was brought here for spaying, and we felt completely at ease from the very first moment. Even during the initial consultation, they took plenty of time to explain everything to us calmly, answer any questions we might have, and put our minds at ease. On the day of the surgery, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and great care. We were kept regularly informed and could rest assured that our pet was in the best hands. The surgery went without complications, and the anesthesia was superbly monitored. We were particularly impressed by the loving way the team treated our pet – you can tell that they combine genuine care with expertise. The aftercare was also excellent. We received detailed instructions for the period at home and could contact the practice with any questions at any time. Our cat was feeling much better again very quickly. We are very grateful for this positive experience and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. Everything about them is just right: competence, friendliness, and a true love for animals.
