We went to the clinic this afternoon in urgent need. At first, he seemed annoyed that we asked him to speak English, as we still don't speak German. We asked if we could go to the emergency clinic for an ear infection in our small dog. He simply said that his last appointment was at 6:00 PM and that if we wanted an appointment, we should call the next day. Zero empathy; at no point did he ask us anything or show any interest in our dog's condition. It seems he has absolutely no understanding of the love one feels for an animal. This was the first and last time we went there. If it wasn't possible to see him that day, we didn't pretend we had been seen that day, but at least we showed concern, interest, and asked questions. I repeat: zero empathy. In a business that faces the public, this is not the way to go.

Our cat Pu wasn't feeling well; he'd been vomiting for a few days. We got an appointment at short notice, and he was examined and treated in his familiar surroundings. And shortly after, he was feeling great again. Fantastic!

A very nice, friendly, and competent veterinarian with many years of professional experience. My two cats and I felt very well cared for and received excellent advice regarding food allergies and stress-related fur licking. She really took her time with our two cats and provided thorough consultations.
