My parrot, Sammy (a yellow-naped Amazon), usually has very clear ideas about what he wants (spoiler alert: it's usually not to the vet 😄). So it's all the more astonishing how calm and relaxed he remains with Dr. Wüst. Her loving yet professional approach to him is truly special. Her extensive experience with parrots and her comprehensive expertise immediately put you at ease. We've been taking Sammy to her for years and are completely satisfied. The most carefree and enjoyable pet ownership depends on choosing the right veterinarian – because even our furry friends aren't always "perfectly healthy." How fortunate are pet owners who, in their search for an excellent veterinarian, have found Dr. Elisa Wüst! From tortoises and birds to dogs, all animal patients are in excellent hands with her and are treated with the same care, patience, and attention. Finding someone with profound experience and genuine expertise, especially for reptiles or birds, is anything but easy. We are all the more delighted that Dr. Wüst is such a competent contact person for these animals as well. As long-time dog breeders in the VDH (German Kennel Club), we cannot afford to compromise when choosing a veterinarian – this field is too complex, and often enough, a competent, easily accessible veterinarian is needed unexpectedly, for example, to determine the optimal breeding time, diagnose pregnancy, assist with births, or address problems with newborn puppies. With Dr. Wüst, we have always been able to provide the best possible care. With every visit, it's clear that Dr. Wüst combines expertise, modern veterinary medicine with sound diagnostics, and genuine passion with profound empathy. As experienced pet owners and breeders, we are unfortunately familiar with challenging cases – having a veterinarian who, as long as the animal's quality of life isn't permanently compromised, never gives up hope and, in addition to dedicated treatment, also supports and comforts the pet owner when needed, is a great blessing we wouldn't want to be without. It's also very reassuring to know that, besides the general examination, further diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, X-rays, or endoscopy are available if required. Communication is always straightforward, and it's particularly pleasant that appointments are organized in such a way that there are hardly any waiting times and you never feel rushed. The examinations take place in a calm atmosphere – even with our oldest dog, who is usually very tense during vet visits, the treatments are much less stressful than we're used to. Furthermore, with Dr. Wüst, you also have the option of arranging a home visit as a low-stress alternative for the animals.

A very competent veterinarian! We've actually been going to a different vet for several years. Due to an injury to our dog, we went to this practice on short notice. We were thrilled and will always go there in the future. (If necessary 🤣)

Our cat Moritz needed an ultrasound, and the veterinarian made a very professional impression on us from the start. She performed the examination calmly and carefully, observing Moritz attentively and taking her time. The findings were explained clearly and understandably without making us feel rushed. You can immediately tell that she is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in the animal's well-being. She is also pleasantly direct, reliable, and friendly. This is exactly what you expect from a good veterinarian.
