Absolutely fantastic, and thank you again, Ms. Gronau. We're amazed at how easy and competent mobile treatment works. We weren't used to it, especially as vacationers. Our Faustus (a Swiss Mountain Dog) was helped immediately without us having to find a vet. Thank you and keep up the good work, Faustus and Thomas Otto.

We have degus, rabbits, and a dog living in our household. Especially with our degus, it's difficult to find a veterinarian in the area who's willing to take on the task. I called several veterinarians in an emergency and asked if they could help. We were turned away everywhere. Then we came across Dr. Gronau. Dr. Gronau is truly empathetic, calm, and knowledgeable, and she explains every step in detail. You feel fully informed before any medication is administered. Measures are also discussed in advance. We also have Dr. Gronau perform the rabbit vaccinations and our dog's health care. So far, everything has been done over the phone and appointments are made at short notice, simply uncomplicated and quick. For us, as working people, it's also very convenient that Dr. Gronau comes to our homes. I don't have to pack up any of the animals and drag them into a crowded waiting room, with long waits. The invoices are clearly itemized, and the items are more than fair and understandable in detail. We are absolutely satisfied. Thank you very much and continued success!

I had to put down my beloved cat, and there was no vet available in the Storkow area. My last resort to spare my cat further suffering was this vet, after I had been to another one the day before who basically just ripped me off. Dr. Gronau was truly empathetic and made me feel like I was doing the right thing. Thank you for that.

Calm, friendly, and competent vet. She explains a lot and presents all the options, including their pros and cons, and takes her time. For our cat, transport to the vet is the worst part. It's wonderful that this is no longer necessary.

Dr. Gronau was the best person to contact for us and our elderly cat during the final stages of our beloved pet's life. She accompanied us and our animal with great empathy and compassion.
