I had to have my beloved cat put down, and there was no vet available in the Storkow area. My last resort to spare my cat further suffering was this vet, after I had been to another one the day before who basically just ripped me off. Dr. Gronau was truly very empathetic and made me feel like I was doing the right thing. Thank you for that.

We have degus, rabbits, and a dog living in our home. It's especially difficult to find a veterinarian in the area who feels comfortable treating our degus. In an emergency, I called several vets to ask if they could help, but we were turned away everywhere. Then we came across Dr. Gronau. Dr. Gronau is truly empathetic, calm, and knowledgeable, and she explains every step thoroughly. You feel well-informed before any medication is administered. Treatment plans are also discussed beforehand. We also have Dr. Gronau handle the rabbits' vaccinations and our dog's health care. So far, everything has been done over the phone, with appointments arranged quickly and easily. It's also very convenient for us, as working professionals, that Dr. Gronau makes house calls. I don't have to pack up any of the animals and lug them to a crowded waiting room with long wait times. The bills are itemized, and the charges are more than fair and completely transparent. Dr. Gronau was the best person to contact for us and our elderly cat during the final stages of our beloved pet's life. She accompanied us and our animal with great empathy and compassion. A calm, friendly, and competent veterinarian. She explains everything thoroughly, outlines all the alternatives with their advantages and disadvantages, and takes her time. For our cat, the worst part of vet visits is the transport. It's wonderful that this is no longer necessary.
