Afterwards, she regularly checked in on Bübchen's condition, and he is now doing very well again. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience today. According to Google, the emergency pet service should be open until 7 p.m. However, the website listed there isn't working. So I called the mobile number provided. I found the communication with the woman on the phone extremely disrespectful. She repeatedly said she couldn't understand or hear me and made me repeat the same things over and over again. Of course, there can be technical or linguistic misunderstandings, but her manner and tone increasingly made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously and was even being ridiculed. In the end, I was told that the emergency service was closed, even though Google showed it as open until 7 p.m. What was particularly irritating was that I received a call back immediately afterward from the same number. When I answered, I could hear the same woman talking and laughing with someone else in the background. The whole situation struck me as very unprofessional and disrespectful. You usually call an emergency pet service because you're worried about your pet. In such a situation, I expect at least respectful and professional treatment, as well as accurate information about opening hours. My experience today was unfortunately the exact opposite.
