A truly wonderful veterinarian, very empathetic... They deserve more than 5 stars.
Top Service! 🫶
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Alsleman! And to the friendly and competent staff on the phone! My friend's dog suddenly experienced severe pain and couldn't lie down. This caused great panic. The initial contact by phone was very friendly and reassuring, and a veterinarian from the next town was arranged within one minute. The promised timeframe for an appointment was also accurate. The vet was very gentle with the animal and approached it carefully. The owner's instructions were taken seriously and incorporated into the examination. Finally, the vet took the dog for a short walk to better assess its motor skills. Highly competent, he considered all possibilities and took the time to answer all questions. We couldn't have asked for better treatment during this stressful time!
We used the mobile veterinary service for our cat last Thursday. She couldn't urinate anymore; the diagnosis was cystitis. The vet arrived very quickly. He was very kind and gentle with both us and our pet. It's so wonderful that this emergency service exists, one that even comes to the patient's home, to their familiar surroundings. Thank you so much for your service.
Yesterday, due to his advanced age, we had to have our dog put to sleep. Since we wanted him to be euthanized at home in his familiar surroundings, we found the mobile veterinarian Alovet. We received excellent advice over the phone, and he arrived promptly. The vet gently explained the procedure and gave us time to say goodbye. The vet took his time and examined him carefully until he passed away peacefully. A wonderful vet, thank you for your compassion during this difficult time. The Kaiser Family
