Completely satisfied :-) I came here without an appointment, so I had to prepare for a long wait. It took about 45 minutes, including the treatment. I find that quite short – especially without an appointment. The doctor and the staff were extremely friendly. Everything was shown and explained to me, and my requests were very well taken into account. Then came the surprise at the checkout: it was much cheaper than I expected. So, simply a fantastic veterinary experience. Thank you so much! Unfortunately, my work hours often clash with the practice's opening hours, but I'll be happy to come back.

Ms. Naumann and her team are simply wonderful! They are very sensitive and empathetic. Incredibly kind to the animals; we love taking our three cats to her. The appointment system makes the whole process very relaxed. She is highly competent, and her prices are very reasonable.

Extremely, extremely, extremely dissatisfied!! I was satisfied with the neutering and vaccinations up until now. I recently took Cookie back because he was limping on his hind legs. Dr. Naumann said it was due to his slightly reddened paw pads, so I waited, but nothing changed, except that his paws returned to normal. I had an appointment at the clinic earlier, and it turns out his joint is dislocated and he needs surgery. If Dr. Naumann had just checked it once, it would have been treated already. Terrible. Sorry.
