Today our 11-year-old Balu had surgery performed by Dr. Naumann. We are extremely satisfied with the entire treatment provided by Dr. Naumann and her team! Very friendly, absolutely gentle with animals, 100% competent, and trustworthy. Plus, the prices are fair! We feel we are in excellent hands and highly recommend this practice to all pet owners. 🐕🐶🐱🐈⬛ THANK YOU ❤️
We took our 3-year-old tortoise to this veterinary practice because of an unusual eye. We were told everything was fine, that we should bathe the tortoise and keep an eye on it. Since its behavior still seemed odd to me, we went to a different veterinarian the next day – thankfully, she was recommended to us by a woman. There, our tortoise was thoroughly examined. The veterinarian determined that our tortoise was severely emaciated, lacked muscle mass, and was in very poor overall condition, and urgently needed to be euthanized. We find it very difficult to understand why the poor condition wasn't noticed the day before. Especially with reptiles, which can hide illnesses for a long time, a thorough examination is crucial. If you're not sufficiently knowledgeable about reptiles, we would have appreciated being referred to a veterinarian specializing in reptiles. This experience was very sad and disappointing for us.
I've been taking my dog to her for about a year and a half, ever since she was a puppy. So far, we've been able to solve all our problems together. I feel very well cared for there.
