I've been a customer for years. She had a lovely way with the horses. Then I moved to the next town with a fellow stablemate, who had also been a customer for years, and we wanted to continue being customers, but apparently the stable, or we, or whatever it is, is no longer good enough. A few hours before the scheduled appointment, they canceled, promising to get in touch the next day. This didn't happen, but on the originally agreed-upon date, they went to the stable where we had previously boarded... This has nothing to do with friendly or respectful customer service. We are very disappointed by this kind of treatment.
