My pet has been unwell for months. Unfortunately, we were constantly faced with appointments for the same tests, the same costs, and the same results. When something finally started to work and help the animal, the process was just dragged out. We've now switched vets, and it only took one visit for my pet to be better. Initially, I had a good impression of the practice, so it's a shame that some vets seem more focused on profit. Additionally, the waiting times were, in my opinion, very long (over an hour each time), and the receptionist was either rude or overly friendly.

Unfortunately, we came in with a cat that needed to be euthanized. During the procedure, we had to fill out a form, and then at the end of the bill, they insisted on a 22-cent discrepancy on the €100.22 bill, even though we were completely distraught and crying... The atmosphere there was very cold, both in terms of attitude and behavior, and you get the feeling that all they care about is making money. Unfortunately, we've also been there with other animals because there's nothing better nearby, and in those cases, they pressured us into numerous tests and tried to scare us. The vet herself seems quite nice and empathetic and does her job. However, this was the last time! We're going to find a new vet.

A highly competent, friendly, and empathetic veterinarian and a nice, motivated team. Ms. Lücke always takes ample time for her patients and for their owners' questions. Highly recommended!
