Everyone on the team was very friendly... We only went there once to have our cat neutered, and they were very empathetic. They answered our questions kindly and politely. Highly recommended.
I first visited this practice for a follow-up appointment after my dog's heartworm treatment, and I've been going there exclusively ever since. They are friendly to both people and animals. They take their time, listen carefully, and explain upcoming treatments thoroughly. All in all, highly recommended.
Ms. Lücke did an excellent job getting Artos through his surgery. I especially appreciate that you can stay with your pet before the operation until they are under anesthesia. Waking up with me: Fantastic! Since Artos is very energetic and lively, the Lücke team quickly addressed his needs. Many thanks to Ms. Lücke and her team.
We happily took our dog there for six years. Unfortunately, we had problems after a minor surgery. Reaching the practice was very difficult, so due to complications (which Ms. L. had already tried to resolve), we went to another veterinarian as an emergency. Emergency surgery was the result. We informed the practice after the emergency surgery. We never heard from them again, not even an inquiry about what had happened. My dog is a member of the family, not an object. Complications can always occur during surgery, but if you're not interested in information about what happened, that speaks volumes.
A very nice team! They do a great job; our Pumuckli loves going to this practice and is very happy with the treatment.
