Ms. Enning and Ms. Franke cater to my needs and the sometimes special requirements of my wheelchair like no other, and have ALWAYS provided me with a perfectly accessible trip. You are the best! The best travel agency of all!!!

Very friendly staff. The employees made every effort to find the perfect destination for me. I didn't get the feeling they were trying to sell me a trip; rather, they genuinely cared about ensuring I had a great trip. I was informed of any potential inconveniences at certain hotels or entry requirements without even asking. The travel agency is clean and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and very customer-oriented. I will book my next trip with the Stenings again.

Ms. Enning seems to have been everywhere in the EU and can give you a little insider tip for every country, while Ms. Schwarz is knowledgeable about cruises and also about destinations outside the EU.
