We were referred to this practice by our veterinarian in Worms because we needed an ultrasound for our dog to rule out pyometra. Our experience at this practice was entirely positive. They initially tried to help us with medication, as we had a vacation planned starting the next day. However, since her condition didn't really improve, we cut our vacation short and, after calling ahead, immediately got an appointment with Dr. Weber. After a brief examination, we were scheduled for surgery that same afternoon. Dr. Kleemann took over and, with her professional manner, reassured us that it was a routine procedure and that we shouldn't worry. The surgery was performed on time, and it was clear that this was a very well-coordinated team. We weren't allowed to leave the practice after the surgery until our dog could stand on her own. Our Alice came through it all very well! The follow-up appointment was also quick and easy. Overall, we can recommend this practice with a clear conscience. Both the doctors and the medical assistants were very friendly and empathetic.
