😥 I called this vet as an emergency, since she was listed as the on-call vet. I explained the situation: my dog ​​couldn't walk, had bloody diarrhea, and was in pain. She's 14 years old. I asked if we could go to her or if she could come to me. It's only a 10-minute drive. No, she said she couldn't do anything because she didn't have any records for the dog. She said it was probably from the heat. I mentioned that we'd already been to another vet yesterday as an emergency. She said she definitely wouldn't do anything now. I could call back at noon today. Thanks for nothing. So I spent a lot of time on the phone. I found an emergency clinic in Mainz. It was a 30-minute drive. By the time we got there, our dog had died in agony. A terrible experience. Everyone can make up their own mind.

A really nice doctor. We had our dog Kirito neutered. We go here happily and with a clear conscience. Our dog also feels well looked after and is almost not afraid. Just a big thank you.

I've had pets for many years and have therefore seen many veterinarians. Dr. Anderes is definitely one of the best. Super friendly and competent. I highly recommend her!!! Simply a veterinarian with heart ❤️

So, unfortunately, we had to take our child to the absolutely super-sweet, courteous, and nice vet today 😪 but you have to say that she takes a lot of time and effort 👌 She explains a lot and you feel very, very well looked after 👍👍 Our little one (old man 🤭) also felt very comfortable.
