I've been taking my kitten to this veterinary practice for several years now. They care for the animals with genuine dedication. The vets clearly love their work. My kitten has been bitten many times, and I've always been able to get an appointment quickly. I'm so grateful!

We took our two-year-old cat to this veterinary practice because we initially only wanted a general check-up and information about recommended vaccinations and the associated costs. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, we felt that our actual wish for a consultation was being ignored. Even before a proper conversation could take place, various vaccinations were suggested or strongly recommended, despite our repeated explanations that we only wanted an examination and consultation. In the examination room, our cat was first examined by an assistant. When the veterinarian arrived, she asked if our cat was aggressive. We repeatedly denied this. Nevertheless, we felt the way our cat was handled was very rough, especially when he was held by the neck. Our cat reacted with extreme stress and tried to defend himself. In our opinion, his behavior was then prematurely labeled as aggressive. We know our cat to be a very calm and friendly animal and didn't get the impression that he was given sufficient attention in that situation. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to ask the questions we had originally come for, and the check-up was cut short. Despite this, we still had to pay for the examination. Overall, we found the appointment disappointing and unprofessional and will be going back to our usual veterinarian in the future. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this practice.

After being dismissed at another emergency veterinary clinic regarding our dog's symptoms (bloody vomiting and bloody diarrhea), we came to you feeling completely distraught and very worried. Despite the high volume of work, we were greeted warmly, and our dog received a prompt and thorough examination. We were particularly impressed by the team's expertise and quick response. The seriousness of the situation was immediately recognized, our dog received the necessary treatment with medication and IV fluids, and we were given detailed information about the possible next steps. This finally gave us the feeling that our dog was truly being helped. But the human touch was just as important to us. In a situation where you are extremely worried about your pet, it makes a huge difference whether you experience understanding, compassion, and patience. That is exactly what we experienced with you. Both our dog and we were treated with exceptional empathy, respect, and care. Thanks to your prompt action and expert care, we were able to drive home with significantly more peace of mind and confidence. We are very grateful that you treated our dog and can wholeheartedly recommend your practice. Thank you for your excellent work!

Yesterday I was at the emergency vet clinic; I thought my guide dog Gypsy had broken her tail, but it turns out she has limber tail. Excellent care and loving handling. She slept peacefully last night, and the tail paralysis has improved significantly. Many thanks to the wonderful team.
