For various reasons, I had a difficult time extracting all of my cat's teeth due to FORL. However, the trust I placed in this veterinary practice was absolutely worth it! They always treated me with sensitivity, and my animal received excellent care. My exemption from wearing a mask was also respected, and I felt in good hands as a customer and as a person. Animal welfare is our top priority here, and that is truly commendable. Now, several weeks after the surgery, my cat is more lively than ever before, more agile, more lively, and obviously more comfortable in his fur than ever since I was allowed to make my apartment available to him. I switched here because my dogs aren't the youngest anymore, and I wanted a veterinary practice closer than before. I've always received very good advice, and they've taken plenty of time with me. Everyone at reception and on the phone is also very friendly. My dogs have very different personalities, but both are well looked after here. Unrelated to my dogs, I also brought in a severely injured hedgehog I'd found a while ago. It was treated immediately and nursed back to health for several weeks, even though I was worried it would have to be put down immediately due to its poor condition. I even received regular updates on its recovery until it was released. Thank you for your work!

Our 18-year-old cat had her dental surgery here at her advanced age – from the initial examination to the follow-up care, we felt completely at ease. Both Ms. Carstanjen and Ms. Graw are wonderful, empathetic, and absolutely competent veterinarians!

I moved and my cat suddenly started vomiting 🤢 and it was so bad that he even had blood in his vomit... Then I came across this veterinary practice, and they welcomed me right away and helped my cat right away 🙏🏻 I'm so grateful for that 🥹 Today he's doing very well, and I changed his food. He hasn't been vomiting since. A great practice, everyone is so kind and friendly, and the loving way they treat the animals is simply wonderful 🥹🥹 Thank you so much for that 😊😊
