Tierarztpraxis Regina Sassenrath

I can only recommend this veterinary. Ms. Regina Schwarz is not only sweet with the pets but also very kind with us, their owners. She speaks perfect English, what simplify the understanding for foreigners, like me. The place is very nice and bright. All the team is polite, including Maya, the dog of the veterinary, which is very well-behaved, even better than a lot of people that I know...;-)

I was glad to have gotten an appointment for my little cat on Sunday, as she'd been bitten during the night. The cat was examined and given two injections, which are usually administered in one. In addition, she had two unnecessary X-rays taken afterward by my regular vet. Then they wanted her to wear a cone, but it was clearly designed for dogs. My kitten couldn't eat or even lie down with it on. Honestly, this practice only saw me and my kitten once!

We visited the emergency veterinary clinic at this practice last weekend. After the shock of the comparatively high costs (three times the standard rate), we unfortunately discovered that Ms. Sassenrath completely lacked any interpersonal skills in our case. Instead of a considerate veterinarian who understands and supports pet owners, we encountered an activist giving free rein to her proselytizing. We will be avoiding this practice in the future!
