Their many years of experience are evident in every moment, especially when dealing with service dogs—here, they combine expertise, heart and soul, and genuine passion. Our expectations were exceeded in every respect. The empathy, patience, and professionalism with which they work is impressive. We sincerely hope that Mr. and Mrs. Werth will stay with us for many years to come, as such dedicated and competent people are rare. Highly recommended, five stars plus!

We've had dogs for over 20 years and recently got guinea pigs as well. We always had a vet in Mainz-Gonsenheim who did a truly fantastic job. Sadly, she's now retired! I stumbled upon the Werth family's practice by chance. I got an appointment incredibly quickly, there was no waiting time, and the vets were alone with me, the owner, without a receptionist, which I found very pleasant. They handled the little creatures with great care and did a truly excellent job. In this case, it was the castration of a male guinea pig. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back. I also think the price-performance ratio is still good, which is something you can't say about other vets in the area anymore. Their pricing is definitely at the expense of the animals.

We are absolutely thrilled with this veterinary practice! The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they take plenty of time for both animals and their owners. Our cats were treated with great care, everything was explained clearly, and you can immediately tell that they work with heart and passion. The practice is modern, clean, and well-organized, and waiting times are pleasantly short. We feel we are in excellent hands here and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We went there today with our dwarf rabbit on a recommendation. We managed to get an appointment at short notice. Just like the recommendation and the online reviews, I'm extremely satisfied. Very friendly, very competent, very calm, and very sensitive with the animals. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet. I will definitely continue to take our animals there.
