Tierarztpraxis Jäger

Veterinarians with a passion for their work! Their primary focus is animal welfare, and they do everything possible for our family members. Thank you so much for your dedication!

The way the animals are treated is good. However, two dogs have already been misdiagnosed, and both died shortly afterward. When I had one dog's teeth done, the vet said they needed to give him a little more anesthetic (no explanation given). Shortly after, they gave him a misdiagnosis: epilepsy, even though he had a heart problem that they hadn't detected. On the same day as the misdiagnosis, I got a second opinion from another vet who confirmed the heart problem. Two hours later, the dog died at home! Now it's happened again... I paid almost €500 for surgery to remove a tumor. According to the vet, the dog was perfectly healthy, everything was fine, and the dog died at home two hours later. How is this possible? I will never have another dog treated here. It's unacceptable!

Many thanks again to Dr. Jäger for the excellent care of my pet. Unfortunately, we had to have our pet put down yesterday with heavy hearts. I do have one point of criticism, though. The two young people at reception should really reconsider their career choice if they find it funny when customers are grieving for their deceased pets. It doesn't reflect well on the practice!

Complete professionalism and a genuine love for animals make this place unique. My pets and I are grateful for the veterinarian's care, and we sincerely recommend this clinic.

More than satisfied. Taking a fearful dog to the vet isn't easy. I've rarely seen my dog so calm at the vet. A big thank you to Dr. Jäger for being so calm and trustworthy. It helped us so much. I'm more than relieved that everything went so well. Dog healthy, owner happy. We felt comfortable.
