Incorrect diagnoses. Biased by breed, the underlying problem wasn't recognized and therefore not treated! This led to the death of our beloved dog. Later, expert advice from another practice came too late. If you only need help with minor issues, this practice might be sufficient. Not recommended for serious illnesses!!!! Reviews from other people in the area about this practice came too late. Never again!!!! When we informed them what went wrong… there was no reaction. No sympathy, nothing. That says it all about this practice.

I am incredibly grateful for the quick and compassionate help of the veterinarian and her friendly assistant! I had found two injured baby redstarts and was turned away several times in my search for help – but here, someone was there for me immediately. Without hesitation, the team took the little birds in, provided them with expert care, and gave them a chance at survival. Thanks to this dedicated help, both birds survived – I can't thank them enough. It's wonderful to see how much heart and love for animals they put into their work. A practice you can truly entrust your animals to with complete peace of mind! Thank you so much again for the prompt assistance.

I enjoy going to the group practice and feel very well cared for and advised with my pets. The treatments have always been exactly right so far. I will continue to go to Dr. Jäckel and Franz 😊
