I've been taking my cats to this vet for years and have always been very satisfied. Until today. I went on Friday because my cat was having trouble urinating. I figured I'd better go before the weekend, otherwise it would get expensive. I also brought a urine sample with me. In the waiting area, they took my cat from me; they wanted to examine his bladder, and I'd get him back right away. Then I was called into the examination room. A strange woman was in front of me. I was told that he'd already had an x-ray and now he needed medication, and they even forced his genitals out despite his resistance. No one asked why we were there or what I'd observed at home. No physical examination. I wasn't even asked if I wanted the x-ray, and I wasn't informed about the costs beforehand. This has never happened to me with the regular vet. In the end, the bill came to €150, and we were advised to go to the emergency vet the next day if necessary. Why did I even go there on a Friday? No suspicion of illness, everything was normal, yet I was charged €150 and advised to use the emergency service.
Thank you again for helping our Lotti immediately. Very friendly and professional staff, good advice, and no long waiting times.
I am incredibly grateful for the quick and compassionate help of the veterinarian and her friendly assistant! I had found two injured baby redstarts and was turned away several times in my search for help – but here, someone was there for me immediately. Without hesitation, the team took the little birds in, provided them with expert care, and gave them a chance at survival. Thanks to this dedicated help, both birds survived – I can't thank them enough. It's wonderful to see how much heart and love for animals they put into their work. A practice you can truly entrust your animals to with complete peace of mind! Thank you so much again for the prompt assistance.
Five stars and a big thank you to the entire practice! I feel I'm in excellent hands with my veterinarian and the whole team. She's not only a top-notch professional, but also a lovely vet who cares for my pet with all her heart. I'm very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Sincerely, the Böttcher family from Döbeln
