Many thanks to Ms. Trei for the wonderful treatment of my cat. He was very ill on Monday, and she cared for him with such love and sensitivity. The wait time was only about five minutes each time, which was really convenient. My usually very energetic cat was surprisingly calm and docile with her – a testament to her wonderful way with animals. I highly recommend her!

Our dog, about 13 years old, from an animal shelter, got diarrhea again this morning (of all times, on the weekend again) because we ran out of the tablets that helped her. My wife went to the emergency vet to buy the tablets, even though she had the bag with the name of the medication on it that we had gotten from our regular vet. Since she arrived just before closing time without our dog, she was sent home without the medication. They weren't allowed to sell the medication without examining her. Now we have to expect our dog to have diarrhea on and off until Monday morning, soiling her bed, floor, and carpets with feces. It's also possible she's in pain. I think this is just another example of bureaucratic regulations that aren't good for the animals. She's been to the vet so often in the last few months that it's very difficult to get her to go to any clinic. The examinations are always stressful for her. It may be what it is, but that has nothing to do with loving animals. Besides, another examination, especially on a Saturday (weekend), costs a lot of money.

Since we're currently on vacation in Norddeich and our Beagle puppy passed two roundworms this morning, we called ahead to take him to the vet. The practice is small but excellent, and the vets were incredibly kind and treated him with great care. The little guy's favorite part was definitely the treats and the worming tablet with a delicious paste. Thank you so much for the quick and easy help. Now we know which vet to go to if we need one again or on our next vacation. Best regards from the Eifel region
