I emailed several vets as we needed our dog worming for our return journey to the UK and Carolin was the only vet who took the time to respond with appointment times. It was an easy process and found Carolin professional helpful and spoke great English. Thank you.

Fabricated lie from the owner on the comments section. My dog Bello had never in his life had behavioural problems. He was loved so much by his vet at home and he now resting in peace. I feel compelled to share my sincere experience with this vet, despite a previous removal of our review. During our visit for a check-up and vaccination for our dog Bello, the atmosphere quickly soured when my dog became stressed upon entering the examination room. In an unexpected turn, the veterinarian raised her voice at me as I attempted to calm Bello down. Feeling taken aback by the unprofessional behavior of an adult, I made the decision to leave the room immediately to spare any further distress to my pet. This encounter left me deeply unsettled. This unfortunate experience highlights the importance of respectful and compassionate treatment towards both animals and their owners. I hope this feedback prompts positive changes in the way pets and their guardians are treated at this establishment. It’s worth noting that a similar review posted by my partner was previously removed.

Ms. Stolpe operated on my 18-year-old dog. She took a lot of time beforehand and explained all the risks. Everything went perfectly, and I'm very happy and glad I chose this option. Many thanks to the whole team.

The vet helped us quickly. Our Marley had a sore paw. The friendly woman explained that it was due to her overgrown nails. Despite it being an emergency visit, we didn't have to pay much. I can recommend these people to any animal lover. Hence my 5 stars.
