Fast and uncomplicated. As a new customer, I called on Monday at 3:30 pm about my dog's injury. I had an appointment at 5:30 pm. Torn cruciate ligament!!! Surgery on Wednesday. Excellent care. Everything was explained in detail. Superb facilities (like a veterinary clinic). Competent staff. I felt very well cared for. Thank you so much!!!! 🙏

A heartfelt recommendation for both owners and their pets! My dog ​​had a lump on his lower abdomen, and other clinics suggested it could be anything and wanted to remove it blindly without any diagnosis. I searched for a long time and decided to go with my gut feeling and see Dr. Besserer. Everything was spotlessly clean, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, the clinic was very modern with state-of-the-art equipment, and since I work in medicine myself, I immediately felt comfortable. Finally, a diagnosis was performed: a fine-needle aspiration, with a suspected inflamed sebaceous gland. She said it would be irresponsible to remove a lump without any diagnosis, as there are many ways to go wrong, especially if it looked like tumor tissue. She also said that if she saw during the surgery that it was something else, she would remove the diseased tissue immediately, leaving a sufficient margin. I opted for the surgery, and everything went perfectly, very professionally. What I particularly appreciated was that we only had to arrive shortly before the surgery and were allowed to be present during the induction of the anesthesia. Unfortunately, I've experienced in other clinics that all the dogs are called in in the morning and then operated on according to priority, leaving them to wait alone, terrified, without their owners. Thankfully, my dog ​​didn't have to endure any of that stress. The aftercare was also excellent: lots of explanations, appointments were reserved for us in advance, and no chemical disinfectants were used on the wound for follow-up care. We sent samples for testing and received a prompt response. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mast cell tumor after all. We received thorough consultations, and thankfully, the doctor noticed during the surgery that it was something else entirely, although its characteristics were very atypical for a mast cell tumor. Despite this, she operated with a safe distance, which speaks volumes about her expertise. The wound was stitched very well, healed beautifully, and there's hardly any raised scar tissue. You can really tell that the clinic is run with a lot of heart, and I'm incredibly happy to have finally found a vet I can trust with my dog. Thank you so much again! 🫶🏽🌈

A heartfelt recommendation – worth 100 stars! My dog ​​Simba had surgery at this practice on May 7th. It was a very serious and complicated operation to remove a salivary cyst. From the very first moment, we felt we were in excellent hands. They took an incredible amount of time for the procedure. The surgery went perfectly, and the anesthesia was completely uncomplicated. The entire team is very empathetic and works with absolute professionalism. Although the operation was so complex, the wound is healing beautifully, and there have been no complications whatsoever. We are incredibly happy to have found this practice. We would bring Simba here again in a heartbeat and can warmly recommend this practice to every pet owner! Thank you so much for everything!
