I would gladly give more stars! Dr. Besserer is an angel for animals! Our Merle had two OPS (osteoarthritis) that were quite something! Examination, diagnosis, aftercare, explanation – perfect. My impression: a very competent veterinarian with great empathy, warm, lovely – her heart is in the right place!

The best veterinary clinic I've ever experienced in North Rhine-Westphalia. An absolutely friendly and, above all, competent team. They handled my vet-phobic dog with such sensitivity, unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The TTA surgery after my German Boxer's cruciate ligament rupture went more than well; the healing is progressing wonderfully, and I'm so glad we went to such a great clinic. I highly recommend this clinic!

A few months ago, we went to Dr. Besserer, and I can only say the best! Marlon had a torn cruciate ligament in his left leg and was in constant, terrible pain. My regular vet referred us to her after pain management failed…and I haven't regretted it for a second! Dr. Besserer not only knows everything, but in my opinion, she's also better equipped than any other vet I've ever been to! After she finally confirmed the cruciate ligament tear with an X-ray, the surgery took place. The recovery was a difficult process, but it was all worth it – Marlon can finally romp around with his friends again and is enjoying life once more! For the right things, I only trust her with my little guy – it's worth the distance! I don't even know how to thank you enough! Love, Marlon and friends. 🐶🦴🐾
