Tierarzt Erkelenz, Tierarztpraxis im Karo

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Titus. We hadn't taken him to this practice before. Even when we called to make the appointment, the staff member was incredibly understanding and friendly, and we were able to get an appointment immediately. The way they treated us and our cat was incredibly dignified. From our arrival until our departure, the veterinary assistant and the veterinarian were incredibly kind and compassionate – they truly had their hearts in the right place. We would recommend this practice without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything; it truly made this difficult time easier for us! The Pandorf Family

Yorkshire Terrier

They treat both patients and owners with great care and affection. The entire practice team is incredibly kind and competent. I take both my dogs there.

Five stars aren't enough. We've been taking our dog to a different practice for several years. He has a severe pre-existing condition in his hind legs, and the pain medication we were using was no longer working. Our own vet wouldn't have seen us for at least two weeks. Twelve other practices turned us down. This practice gave us an appointment last night, albeit with a wait. The wait was incredibly short. The vet and the veterinary assistants were very empathetic and accommodating. The attending vet was incredibly competent and realistic. And lo and behold, after just two doses of medication, the old boy is already feeling much better. We're extremely happy that we can continue his treatment there. Here, the animal's well-being is truly the top priority. We're so grateful that practices like this still exist.
