A very kind and friendly veterinarian with a great deal of empathy for our dogs and cats. All the staff are exceptionally friendly, and you feel very well cared for from the start. Our first experience was entirely positive and prompted us to switch practices. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend this practice.

We've been taking our 12-year-old dog to this veterinary practice for many years. What happened to us in the last few days has shocked us. On Monday, March 30, 2026, we saw Dr. Storjanov himself. The reason for the visit was that our dog was clearly in pain and was passing very little stool. After an X-ray, he diagnosed our dog with three foreign objects in his intestines. They gave us laxatives on a hunch, hoping that the foreign objects would pass naturally. Unfortunately, we couldn't afford surgery at the time, and we would have had to have our dog euthanized. The next day, our dog's condition was even worse, so we went back, knowing we would be leaving without him. This time, we saw the vet whose name I unfortunately don't know, but to whom I am very grateful. She made a completely different diagnosis after looking at the X-ray and blood test from the day before: severe inflammation. Before taking the most drastic step, we wanted a follow-up X-ray to make sure nothing had shifted. The big shock for us was that there were no foreign objects in the intestines. The vet explained everything to us using the X-ray and then told us that the areas Mr. Storjanov had identified as foreign bodies were simply cross-sections of the intestines that appeared that way on the X-ray. To be on the safe side, she also took a second X-ray in a different position. We are shocked that such an experienced vet could make such a misdiagnosis. Our dog received an injection of medication from the vet and was given to take at home for the next few days. On Wednesday, our dog was already feeling much better with the medication, and we are truly grateful to the vet who works there for taking a closer look and for granting our request for follow-up X-rays. We felt very well cared for by her. It's worth noting that we had already been to her in January because our dog had a bladder infection. The vet's assistant and everyone else were friendly and kind at all times. And even though we didn't have an appointment, the wait was short.
