Unfortunately wasn't helpful enough... After 3rd visit in one week asked me to bring my pet to clinic, but other vet came to my house brought all needed medicaments and was on the line every time when pet felt worse, now my pet is much better and i didn't spent fortune on clinic... Sorry to put it here, but it is what it is.

I tried calling here to book an appointment to have 3 dogs wormed and paperwork signed for our return trip to the UK. When I asked if they spoke English (which I know they do because my English friend who lives in Berlin uses this vets for her cats), they just hung up. I tried calling back several times but because of caller display, they saw my number and just picked up the phone and put it straight back down. They may speak English but they lack the manners of we English. Rude and arrogant. Avoid this vets!
