Pros: place is spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and speaks good English. Cons: I've arrived with an appointment on time and another lady arrived after me and had her cat's consult before. The staff said she also had an appointment but that doesn't sounds fair to me because she was probably late. Also, there were kids and an adult in casual clothes being loud at the procedure room making my cat really nervous. They probably should not be there or just being quiet. Overall, I'm not sure if I'm coming back if I find another good vet who speaks good English.
We have been to veterinarians in several countries and have a dog with a lifelong medical condition. We have never been to a veterinarian more kind capable and caring than Dr Peters. She and her staff are absolutely fantastic. They also speak wonderful English and are a great option in a very nice office for both expects and Germans. A my highest recommendation that I could possibly give.
I tried 2 vets so far with horrific experiences, I am beyond happy to find them! We were never treated by Ms. Peters herself but 3 other doctors in her team. All are beyond competent, patient, attentive and supportive and friendly. They always took care of us when we have an emergency with last minute appointments. Worth every penny! İf there were 10 stars I would give them. Bonus: they speak English.
My wife and I moved to Berlin in Mar 2022 along with our dog. He had kidney stones and we wanted a reliable and kind vet clinic who would look at Shadow's best interests. We are so happy that we just stumbled upon Dr. Anja Peters and her clinic by accident because she and her team has been nothing but amazing with our dog. Our dog can be very fussy at the vet, but Dr. Anja and her team are so patient and kind to him that we feel so secure taking our dog there. They are excellent at their jobs too as our dog went through two surgeries and he has recovered wonderfully. We have found our permanent vet here in Berlin and we are very happy about it. They are exactly what our dog needed.
Very nice and competent doctor. English speaking. We took the appointment online the day before and the process was super smooth. We found our new vet. ☺️
