patient, kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Been coming for about 2 years and always received amazing attention from the staff. They really seem to care about the well being of the animals they are working with. The only thing negative I can say is that my cat might be falling in love with one of the people who works there :P thank you everyone!

This is our 3rd vet in Berlin because we moved a lot but the best so far with such a competent and compassionate team. Dr. Panjas and his amazing team saved my dog’s life and they were very reassuring and empathetic towards me in the process too. I felt a lump on my dog Mina on Thursday, called them Friday morning, got an appointment for 2 hours later where Dr.Panjas said he suspects it is a bad tumor and recommended an immediate operation to remove it and send it to the lab. So we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and they successfully removed the tumor entirely. Despite the weekend in between 72 hours between me calling them and the operation! Lab results came in today and Dr.Panjas was right! Thanks to him and his team’s great work my dog isn’t in danger anymore. The tumor is entirely removed and diagnosed very early on. I wholeheartedly recommend them and have no doubt that this team will treat your pets with as much care as if they were their own pets. I am beyond grateful.

We can only recommend Dr. Sona and the team! They were very attentive with our senior dog and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. We have a treatment plan now. Everyone in the praxis were very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Dr. Pröfrock is super nice with my cats. We can see her experience from far. Besides that everyone in the clinic is kind and competent.

The Doctor was so kind and patient with my dog. My dog is always anxious and snappy at the veterinarian’s office, but here the doctor took time and care to build trust. The demeanor, professionalism and expertise they gave me was far better than any veterinarian I’ve had with any of my previous pets as well. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. If I could have them more than 5 stars, I would!
