Unprofessional. Nothing else to say.
They don’t reply emails or pickup calls (yes within their schedule). So I went in person today and the receptionist or person who spoke to me refuse to communicate because I don’t speak fluent German. I asked if she could just write down the info on a paper and she said she didn’t have a paper (?) and invited me to leave. Maybe they don’t need the business or maybe she was having a bad day. Either way it felt very unprofessional.

I found an injured pigeon today and just walked into the Nitschke practice. The vet was very busy and had other patients, but she kindly and quickly took over the bird and said goodbye. That experience and now after reading all the other reviews here, she seems to be a very compassionate person. If I had a pet, I would bring them here :)
