We are very satisfied and feel well cared for by Dr. Pawlowsky. She is a very empathetic and competent veterinarian. Thank you for your exceptional dedication to my cats so far :-) Keep up the good work, highly recommended!

I'm absolutely thrilled. I feel my cats are in excellent hands and receive expert advice. The option to contact them via WhatsApp is also very convenient. You always get a quick response and can send pictures of certain illnesses to monitor their recovery without having to visit the practice. So, 5 stars with a 💜

We've seen many veterinarians, but Dr. Pawlowsky is truly special. She cares for each animal with so much heart and genuine empathy, as if it were her own. With every visit, you can feel that she's not just doing her job, but truly caring about the animals' well-being. She's also available for emergencies outside of regular office hours – that gives us, as pet owners, so much peace of mind. We are especially grateful for her help when we brought our 15-year-old (?) rescue cat, Cindy, home. She supported us with advice and practical assistance to ensure Cindy had the gentlest possible start with us. And in a pinch, Dr. Pawlowsky will even make house calls – which was absolutely necessary with our Castiel, aka "Benny." (Quote from our previous vet: "The worst cat I've ever encountered.") We are simply grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinarian! Highly recommended.

Heartless Veterinarian We had a firm appointment scheduled to have our parrot euthanized. She was supposed to come because our bird is blind and in pain. She confirmed the appointment. But the next day, she canceled via WhatsApp and stopped responding to our calls. How could anyone abandon a suffering animal? On top of that, she wanted an exorbitant sum for this service. Another vet did it with more compassion for less than half the price. I can only advise everyone to find a different vet.

I have rarely experienced such a warm and compassionate doctor (whether treating humans or animals). You truly feel very well cared for here, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone.
