I can only echo the opinions about Ms. Knell. She is competent, calm, and friendly. It's all the more unfortunate that she's surrounded by such an unfriendly colleague. This colleague doesn't listen, talks incessantly, makes her own diagnoses, doesn't schedule appointments, and is easily offended. The practice informed me that I should come in for a vaccination. That was a mistake. So much for the employee's professionalism. I wasn't informed about being kicked out. She simply told me to leave the practice over the phone when I tried to schedule a vaccination appointment.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Knell and her team. After our cat Bam-Bam became ill, we went to our vet in Fohlenweide, Mutterstadt. The practice was closed. 🫢Forever! Dr. Meier passed away last year at the age of 61 😓 and, sadly, the practice couldn't be saved! We didn't know this, as the practice was still listed as active online 🫢! Concerned about our beloved pet 🐾🐾🐾, we searched for a new vet in the area and found one at Pfalzring 1. We went there and were welcomed *immediately* and without any problems. ☝️😁 This was a huge relief for us. After our cat had been treated and received such professional and friendly care, we felt a tremendous weight lifted 🪨 off our shoulders! ... We have two more cats 🐾🐾😁 at home! 🏡 If either of them had any problems, we'd rush straight to this professional and caring veterinary practice 🚙 💨! Our cat Bam-Bam 🐈‍⬛ is doing well again! A wonderful and very animal-loving veterinarian. Our furry friends and we feel very well cared for here. She takes her time, explains and shows you everything (everyone learns something here). We'll definitely be staying here :)

Excellent veterinary practice! I took my cat Diva to the practice for the first time yesterday. I have to say, everything was explained clearly to us, including how to manage her allergy problems. It wasn't rushed at all; the vet and staff took their time. I had previously taken my cat to three other veterinary practices, but I felt like I was just rushed through the appointments. So, I can highly recommend this practice and will continue to use it. I also have a dog 🐶 and I'll be switching him over there as well. Great practice, great team, great advice! 👍
