I wanted to express my sincere gratitude. Thank you for the fact that I called in a complete panic during regular opening hours, begging for help because our dog was in status epilepticus and fighting for his life. We were sent to Neuwied. An hour's drive with a dog having an acute seizure! Yes, we aren't their regular clients, but simply passing someone on in such an emergency is the height of callousness. Our beloved pet died last night at another veterinary practice that immediately recognized the urgency. So sad.

From the very first moment, I felt safe and understood there. My dog ​​was cared for with so much love, calm, and patience that even a potentially unpleasant procedure like tooth extraction was completely stress-free for him. Every step was explained to me in detail, nothing was rushed, and I always felt that we were making decisions together. My dog ​​had to have three teeth removed – and thanks to the sensitive treatment, the excellent explanations, and the loving aftercare, he is doing really well again today. You can immediately tell that genuine love for animals meets professionalism here. For me, the veterinary practice at the castle in Nassau is an absolute heartfelt recommendation. We arrived at the practice as an emergency case, but the vet was very cold and didn't realize how ill my dog ​​was. She wouldn't have survived with her treatment alone. Three hours later, I went to a good vet who unfortunately wasn't on call earlier; she saved my dog's life. I wish I could have spared us the unnecessary stress and the pointless 250 euros. One star because at least the veterinary assistant was nice.
