Three weeks ago, we had our two male cats neutered and microchipped. Ms. Kalisch was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. However, one of the cats licked the incision, so we went back to her the very next day. She immediately dropped everything (she was actually on vacation that week) to take care of our cat. At no extra charge, she treated the wound again and answered all our questions. Thank you again! 👍🏼 Since then, the incisions from the neutering have healed perfectly on both cats. We will continue to entrust our cats to her loving care.

A fantastic vet. I was able to get an appointment relatively late during the week without one, and my cat received excellent care. Even the euthanasia on Saturday was no problem, as she was unfortunately terminally ill, and the vet handled it with great empathy and compassion. Thank you so much again.

We visited Ms. Kallisch's practice today, Sunday, as an emergency. We are very satisfied. Ms. Kallisch puts the patient first, as she should, and was very kind to us. She examined our Ridgeback and determined that his pain had a different cause than we feared. She also gave us the choice of whether we wanted to have the x-ray done by her or at our regular veterinary practice. A wonderful and clean practice and a fantastic vet. I've been taking my dogs to Ms. Kalisch for over 15 years, and I always feel they are in the best hands. Ms. Kalisch has my complete trust. I absolutely cannot understand the last review, as my dogs have undergone multiple surgical procedures with her, and even difficult operations like the removal of malignant tumors were performed flawlessly. I think the individuality of the animal being treated plays a significant role in its reaction to a procedure and the healing process. To speak of incompetence in this case is, in my opinion, very presumptuous, and if Ms. Kalisch was afraid of this particular dog, it was probably due to the dog itself. I feel compelled to emphasize my very different experience.
