A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the Rangsdorf Veterinary Clinic. Our cat Minosch received loving and expert care for many months. Despite her serious illness, we always felt well looked after there – with honest advice, great patience, and a listening ear for all our concerns. I am especially grateful for how sensitively and peacefully her final journey was handled. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything and treated Minosch with great respect – she was able to pass away peacefully and in comfort. It's clear that the people working here have a heart for animals and truly care about their well-being. Thank you so much for the excellent care, the compassion, and the respectful farewell. 🕯️🐾
Extremely satisfied. Very friendly staff and excellent advice. My cat was very calm, and all my questions were answered. I'm sure our Nala is in very good hands 😊
This year was my first time taking my cats to this veterinary practice. We had a falling out with our previous vet (at a different practice). The practice we subsequently used with my daughter's dog and our rabbits (who sadly no longer have them) is very good, but it's a half-hour drive away. Since our male cat is very afraid of car rides, and the cat we adopted just a year ago has hardly ever been in a car, we wanted something closer to home, especially since it was initially just for routine vaccinations. Based on a recommendation and the fact that you can't really go wrong with vaccinations, I decided to give this practice a try. I haven't regretted it for a second! Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, and caring, as well as highly competent and thorough. They take their time and really listen to each animal; the cats weren't simply dragged out of their carriers, but rather encouraged to come out on their own. You receive comprehensive advice and information, and the costs are discussed, especially for more expensive procedures, with explanations of why certain treatments are necessary and beneficial. It's clear that the animal's well-being is the top priority, but the owner is also taken into consideration. In addition to the vaccinations I had originally come for, my cat needed dental work, including the extraction of two teeth. Dr. Schneider explained and demonstrated everything very thoroughly, including pictures of the (already cleaned) affected teeth, to further emphasize the necessity of the procedure. I had heard some negative comments, which I simply cannot understand. Appointments are available promptly; you just need to call. Thanks to careful planning, waiting times are minimal. I find it perfectly reasonable that you can also call briefly in an emergency to check availability and whether you should consult a veterinary clinic or specialist, and this is essential for a swift and successful treatment. As far as I can tell, more and more veterinarians are doing this. I can highly recommend this practice! I will definitely continue to use them. Even though neither of my cats enjoyed the vet visit, it was made as comfortable as possible for them. Thank you so much to the entire practice team for their excellent work!
For me, this is the best veterinary practice I've ever had... and I can say my experience in the veterinary field is more than sufficient, as I've always had a pet at home for about 35 years and even come from a human medicine background. But what this practice does and has done for my Emma (a dog from Romania with real "veterinary challenges") is exceptional. A special thank you to Dr. Grau, "my vet" at this practice for years, who always hits the nail on the head with her diagnoses and, if necessary, refers her to other specialists or lets me know that she'll look into it if there are unusual symptoms. Thanks also to the wonderful team at reception, who are always so lovingly there for Emma and me. I wish you all the best patients!! You don't have to worry about the examinations and diagnostics. — simply top-notch!! Thank you and best regards, Veronika Klinski with the always special (diagnoses) Emma 💕 Thank you!!
