Were busy but still very nice and patient. I would come back and recommend them.
Since adopting my beloved dog with a heart condition, we regularly visit the practice for checkups and to pick up prescriptions. The receptionist, the veterinarian, and the assistants are always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kupsch truly takes his time for a thorough examination and consultation, explaining the findings and medication effects in a way that even a layperson can understand. As an owner, you feel involved in her care as an equal. The practice is sometimes very busy, yet you never feel rushed and always welcome. We live quite far away, but she is in such good hands here that no other practice is an option for us.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. We had a pug emergency over the weekend. The whole team helped us find the right clinic. The aftercare was also fantastic! We'll definitely continue to come to this practice ❤️
