I will never take my pet there again! They give out injections without explaining what exactly is being administered. I paid €172.70 for a minor examination involving palpation of the abdomen, two strange injections, antibiotics, and homeopathic globules. Since I was 70 cents short, I just wanted to quickly get the money from my car... everything else was already paid for! I wasn't allowed to take my cat, who was screaming with fear, with me, and I had to leave him alone in his carrier at reception. For 70 cents, I had to subject my cat to even more stress! They are all completely unempathetic there, and you just don't feel comfortable. Like I said, never again!

This incompetent veterinarian makes diagnoses and administers medications based solely on palpation. She claimed to have diagnosed our cat with a damaged spine, kidney problems, and an imbalanced gut flora. She immediately gave us random injections and medications to take home. All of these diagnoses were refuted by a qualified veterinarian! As a result, unnecessary medication was administered! Ms. Bruchhausen seems to have turned animal suffering into her business model. Furthermore, she places a strong emphasis on selling food from her partner company, claiming that only this food is suitable for cats with allergies and no other! We strongly advise against going to this veterinarian. The poor reviews and the empty waiting room speak for themselves.

My beloved Rocky is dead; it was too late for any help. He was poisoned by evil people (from Vom-Stein-Str.). The doctor came to Rocky's aid despite the fact that the practice was closed.
