I was always very satisfied with Buttero's veterinary practice. Unfortunately, my cats no longer receive veterinary care at this practice. Requesting an appointment for an injured animal via email is a definite no-go for me. I wish the team all the best, but I will be taking my animals to a different practice in the future.

Incompetent and driven by profit! 1. Medical malpractice during castration/sent home bleeding profusely, even though he was in aftercare following the surgery. 2. Cat blindly treated for bladder stones without a complete diagnostic workup/bladder puncture -> lab results without identifying the type of stones. 3. Three unsuccessful attempts to puncture the bladder without anesthesia for the animal --> urine could have been drained via catheter (no explanation of this alternative). 4. Antibiotic treatments repeatedly failed, with no prior or subsequent diagnostic tests such as blood draws and analysis (the veterinary clinic performed these after the cat's condition became critical). 5. Constantly changing veterinarians who failed to review the animal's medical history. 6. Scheduled appointment for rabies vaccination even though the animal had already been vaccinated. We gave this veterinary practice too many chances. It is definitely not recommended. We sought a second medical opinion and are appalled by the practices at Butteron's clinic. Due to the very high costs and the lack of a proper assessment of the animal's health, the clinic appears to be driven solely by profit. Or, in short: performance over medical expertise.

We've been going to this practice for six months now and have had a few visits. Despite the current staff shortage, our cat was cared for with great empathy and kindness, and we were given sufficient information about the next steps. It's a shame the practice can't be reached by phone, but they responded to our email within an hour and offered us an appointment for the day after next. So, all in all, excellent.
