Tierarztpraxis Butteron

Our cat Monster has been a patient at the Butteron veterinary clinic since 2018. We are absolutely satisfied. We just had the pleasure of seeing our "Monster" again, as he's an outdoor cat and gets injured quite often. And as always, we were very happy with the veterinarian and the entire clinic team. I cannot recommend this practice. I've been taking all my animals there for 25 years. Unfortunately, Ms. Butteron is no longer there, and it's been a disaster ever since. It's impossible to get an appointment, and you're left completely alone with a sick animal. It's a real shame. Even long-time customers are simply brushed off. The waiting times are incredibly long!

Addendum: No, it wasn't about one day. I was "rejected" by the same employee yesterday as well. And the way they communicated was completely unacceptable. I definitely got the feeling they didn't want me to come back. And when my husband picked up the old reports for the other practice, there were no patients there and both employees were "busy" on their phones. Anyway, we found a clinic that treated our cat for acute bladder stones. So, all's well that ends well. It's about the animal, after all. We'd been satisfied for over 10 years. I have no idea who the new employee on the phone was, but: no appointment for an acutely ill animal. They suggested we try another practice. Even after pointing out that Ms. Häsel certainly wouldn't let it go like that over the weekend, there was no mercy. We were told to try somewhere else. Which I've now done, and I certainly won't be coming back. What a shame.
