Fantastic vet! We took our 7-month-old Labrador puppy to him because our other vet was constantly unavailable or unreachable. This practice is excellent in terms of accessibility and appointment scheduling. You feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for your wonderful work.

Dr. Boffin is a wonderful veterinarian who works with great heart and expertise. My two cats, Leo and Luzy, have been with him from the very beginning and always feel comfortable. He explains everything clearly, takes his time, and treats the animals with love. For us, he's the best choice when it comes to the health of our beloved pets.

I've been receiving veterinary care for my large and small animals from the Boffin veterinary practice since 1997, and for the past three years, I've been successfully cared for by the young veterinarian Sahra Mohrin. She is incredibly empathetic towards both animals and their owners. Without her tireless dedication, our German Shepherd, who was only two years old at the time, wouldn't have survived a year ago. We came to see Mr. Boffin and Ms. Mohrin through the adoption of our cat and the associated care provided by the veterinary practice. Initially, we went for neutering, initial vaccinations, and check-ups. A few weeks ago, our cat suddenly became very ill. We were able to go to the emergency clinic that same evening, and Mr. Boffin was able to help our cat very well. However, the cat's condition then worsened again, so we went to see Ms. Mohrin for further evaluation. The symptoms were unclear, and the cat continued to deteriorate. We had to go to the practice many times over three weeks, almost daily. We were always able to come in on the same day without a long wait. Ms. Mohrin was also initially unsure about the diagnosis—such a young cat with such symptoms... . They continued searching for a cause and (unfortunately) found one. Blood was drawn on Monday, and on Tuesday, the cat's general condition worsened again. We called the practice: "Some of the lab results are in; they could be part of the cause. Please come in." During our visit, we were told that the results for the feline viral infection might be available the following day. When no one called by noon on Wednesday, we thought, "Then tomorrow, the results probably aren't ready and the practice is closed." At 6:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, six hours after the practice closed (!), we finally received a 20-minute consultation. It's a feline virus... We have a lot of experience with human medicine: Rarely in our lives have we received such a competent, realistic, and empathetic consultation as with Ms. Mohrin. All aspects were thoroughly discussed, and at no point did we feel like we were "too much trouble." This was true whether it was with numerous follow-up questions regarding a poor prognosis or with the almost daily calls and appointments. Even at follow-up appointments due to numerous symptoms, we were always treated kindly, empathetically, and competently, whether by Ms. Mohrin, Mr. Boffin, or any of the medical assistants on site. Even at the subsequent appointments due to numerous symptoms, we were always treated with friendliness, empathy, and competence. After the diagnosis was made on Wednesday, we were able to schedule an appointment on Thursday (!!!) for the other cats to be examined to rule out infection, followed by their vaccinations. We consulted with colleagues, and once again, they worked beyond the official closing time. Despite the numerous health setbacks, there was still room for laughter, in addition to the truly excellent and empathetic treatment of the animal and its owners. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the truly outstanding care on all levels. Without Ms. Mohrin and her tireless dedication, we wouldn't have gotten this far. We had good symptom control and gained a little extra time. Thank you for the gift of time. Unfortunately, we ultimately had to have our cat euthanized. That's just how life is sometimes. And even though this isn't a pleasant moment, we are grateful that the overwhelmingly positive impression of the Boffin/Mohrin practice has been confirmed once again. I was in the vet's office today during the emergency shift because our cat was vomiting a lot. The vet was very calm and patient with our cat and wasn't fazed by her hissing. If our cat weren't so stressed during car rides, we'd certainly like to be regular patients. 😃
