Since it was an open consultation, there was only a recorded message on the phone. Then, when we arrived, there was a note on the door saying there were no consultations that day. We then had to take our sick dog for an extra 45 minutes to the mainland. There, we finally received help. 🥳 Absolutely fantastic!
We were on vacation and called ahead. Even though there were no appointments available, we were able to come by an hour later. The team was very friendly and they helped us quickly.
We feel very well cared for by Ms. Dübe-Remling and her team with our puppy. All subsequent questions were answered promptly and competently via email. Scheduling appointments is now also easier via Calendly.
