We brought our dog to this clinic for neutering, and the entire process went smoothly and quickly. The recovery is going great as well! We are especially grateful to the Dr. Inga Grehn-Kraft and the team. Even though this procedure is routine for them, they showed us and our dog so much care and attention. I recently took my dog to Düsselpfoten and was deeply satisfied with their service. Despite their best efforts, Bilbo sadly passed away a week after surgery. However, I am certain that every vet there did everything possible to save him. Their care, empathy and dedication were remarkable. As an immigrant, I also really appreciated that they spoke excellent English, making a difficult situation easier to navigate. I highly recommend Düsselpfoten for their professionalism and compassionate approach.

after moving to düsseldorf we had to find a vet after our dog broke his foot, this vet came recommeded to us from a neighbor. we have seen both of the vets at düsselpfote and they are both great! they really explained everything in detail, and since it was a kind of complicated case they really made sure everything was understood. as a non-native speaker they would clarify things if i didn't understand, which i found helpful. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because we found that one of the vets is a bit more "standoffish" in regards to our dog.
