I'd give it zero stars if I could! Despite repeatedly requesting to have our rabbit euthanized at our request, they offered an outrageously late appointment. My advice... especially with such sensitive issues, find a good, local vet who is more understanding.
Dr. Gold was extremely thorough in her examination and explained each stage of my cat's treatment to me in detail. She took the time to answer all my questions, and I felt fully informed at all times. From the very beginning, I was impressed by her professionalism and compassion. What I particularly appreciated was how she cared for my cat. She always had a soothing word and gently stroked her to calm her during the examination. I could see that my cat was in good hands and that the veterinarian truly cared for her. It was also no problem that I had my young son with me. The practice is modern, bright, and welcoming. The veterinary assistant also exuded calm and professionalism. It's such a blessing to find someone you can entrust your beloved pet to, and I'm so glad I found that in this veterinarian.
We visited the practice for the first time today. We've never experienced such a relaxed, friendly, and caring atmosphere at a veterinarian's office before. It was the first time my dog wasn't afraid. The entire practice is very inviting, bright, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Gold.
