They are very friendly and they really care about your pets. You can trust them without a doubt. Also, they always answer your questions and they speak English!
We were here for the first time today and I can only echo the wonderful reviews. The vet is fantastic; my daughter is absolutely thrilled. She was so worried our little mouse would be stressed, but it was wonderful – calm and very gentle. We've already planned an internship and she knows what she wants to be when she grows up! 🥰 Thank you so much for the excellent care; we'll definitely be back if needed. 😊
I took my kitten to Dr. Urabl's veterinary practice this week. I have 20 years of experience with my own cats and therefore with veterinary clinics. The visit was very pleasant, and I think I've found the right practice for my sweet cat and me. She was very animal-friendly and took plenty of time for the initial consultation, providing all the necessary information about my cat and her living situation. The bill was very reasonable and fair; I'm very satisfied. Thank you!
I've been taking my poodles to this practice for years and I'm really satisfied. The two veterinarians are very friendly and sometimes even work together (on the patients). Highly recommended!
Not suitable for large dogs. After surgery, my dog was taken to a storage room to wake up. There was no crate or any other equipment, and the veterinarians didn't monitor him. Furthermore, when we went to pick him up, there was an unsecured shelf next to the anesthetized dog, which could have fallen at any moment if he had moved. When we arrived, the dog wasn't fully awake, and we were told to take him anyway. The dog is a fully grown Boxer/English Bulldog mix weighing 31 kg. So, it took two of us to carry the dog, who was unable to walk on his own or even perceive his surroundings, to the car and then up to the third floor. It took several hours before the dog could walk again. There was no parking available, so we had to double-park. The veterinarians and staff were also unfriendly and seemed unsure of themselves. Not recommended.
