We were there today with our 12-year-old dog. He wasn't nervous because he and we already knew Dr. Herten. We hope she stays with us. She's a nice and friendly veterinarian and very kind to the animals. Highly recommended.

The people there are really lovely and professional, and they take care of the animals. They take their time, even when the very well-organized schedule (practically no waiting time, as it's well-timed; only in emergencies might someone else be in the practice with an animal) is full.
