In retrospect, my experience with this veterinarian was very disappointing—and painful. My dog ​​suffered for an extended period from very high inflammation levels, which were clearly visible in numerous blood tests. I repeatedly asked for further diagnostic testing, such as an ultrasound, but was always put off. I was told he was too stubborn and simply too old; it wasn't possible. Only at another veterinarian's office—far too late—was a brief ultrasound performed under light sedation after my insistence. The new vet was immediately alarmed, as was a veterinary naturopath I consulted. What also distresses me is that if the treating veterinarian herself had no means or interest in further diagnostic testing, I would have at least appreciated a referral or recommendation to a specialist. Instead, valuable time was lost—time in which my dog ​​might still have received help. He has since passed away. We miss him terribly. And today we bitterly regret relying on this practice for too long. Perhaps our dog could have had a wonderful, fulfilling life if we had acted sooner. For routine treatments like vaccinations or minor issues, the practice was fine. But when it comes to serious, more complex illnesses, I cannot recommend it. I am not writing this review lightly, but out of deep sorrow—and in the hope that it will encourage other pet owners to seek a second opinion when in doubt.
