Reviews
I have used them a couple of times Now. Each time helpful and competant. Prices are good, Service and advice is also good. Nothing negativ can be said. A well esrned 5 stars
We received a wonderfully warm welcome and I immediately felt at ease. My dog received so much attention and care, which I truly appreciated. He was spoken to lovingly and handled with great care the entire time. It's clear that the staff here work with heart and genuine concern. Thank you so much for the excellent service – we will definitely be back! 🐾
I can wholeheartedly recommend veterinarian Dr. Schulz and her team in Titz. Animal welfare is her top priority, and she treats all animals equally. She's a wonderful person – very caring and dedicated – and she was a great help to me through the difficult time of saying goodbye to my beloved guinea pigs. She is completely trustworthy, explains everything thoroughly and calmly, and her prices are perfectly reasonable. With such a wide range of clinic equipment and mobile services, she needs to cover her costs. I would take my animals to her again without hesitation!
I absolutely cannot understand the negative comments here, so I'd like to share my experience. Yes, Ms. Schulz may be a bit more expensive than other veterinarians – but in my opinion, her dedication, expertise, and commitment to the animals are worth every penny. My cat had to have all her teeth extracted, and I am more than satisfied with the entire treatment and recovery process. Ms. Schulz took an incredible amount of time, both for my cat and for me. You always feel that the animal is the priority and that nothing is just being "processed." All steps were explained clearly, questions were answered patiently, and you simply feel well cared for. If you're only looking for the lowest price, you might be better off at a large clinic with a high-volume approach. However, if you value individual attention, empathy, and a genuine passion for animals, then Ms. Schulz and her partner are the perfect choice. I would recommend her without hesitation and am more than happy to know she's on our side should our cat have any further problems.
It's outrageous that they call themselves an emergency clinic! I've called several times now, and no one has answered! Then I called the emergency clinic DIERENKLINIEK HOOGVELD in the Netherlands, and they were on the phone in a second! I absolutely do not recommend this so-called emergency clinic! I'm furious!
