Ms. Michelsen had already cared for our old family cat, so I was very happy that she had always supported me with advice and assistance with my two cats over the past six years. She knows her patients very well, and they love her for her compassionate manner and the delicious treats. We always got an appointment quickly, and the communication is excellent.
