The vets are very, very nice, but unfortunately, on two separate occasions, my horse couldn't be treated by different vets. He's a relatively normal horse – there's never been a problem with the vets in Bargteheide, and other vets can easily administer injections and treat my horse. I've been annoyed twice by high bills for absolutely nothing and will be using other practices in the future. What a shame!

Dr. Elena Battagion has been particularly helpful in providing excellent on-site treatment for more complex injuries, saving us trips to the clinic and ensuring our horse always received the best possible care. It's crucial for us to have a practice that covers various specialties, including dentistry, orthopedics, and routine treatments, as well as having a veterinarian available for emergencies day and night – and this practice definitely delivers.

Best practice ever! Dr. Battagion, in particular, is unbeatable in her expertise. They are always available and so well-equipped that you can often save yourself a trip to the hospital.
