I always felt my dog ​​Biscuit was in good hands at Dr. Zieboll's veterinary practice. She provided highly competent care, always prioritizing my pet's well-being, and carried out several urgently needed treatments. Even in unexpected emergencies, my dog ​​always received professional help. The exceptional support she offered, including daily photo updates of a wound during a trip, was a true blessing. Thanks to a well-functioning appointment system, which even took into account potentially difficult dog encounters, there were never any long waiting times. This prevented any unnecessary stress. A friendly and personal approach was always standard practice. As a dog owner, I felt truly valued. Especially during the final stages of my dog's life, Dr. Zieboll took my assessment of his quality of life and suffering very seriously and worked with me to make the necessary decisions. Thanks to a house call, my dog ​​was able to pass away peacefully at home. I am very grateful for the excellent medical care and highly recommend Dr. Zieboll's veterinary practice to other pet owners!

The practice is incredibly small. It's probably fine for small animals, but it feels quite oppressive with a very large and somewhat anxious dog. Ms. Zieboll also seems more accustomed to dealing with easy-going animals. If a dog exhibits any behavioral issues, she makes inappropriate, sometimes even presumptuous, comments about the dog and/or owner at every visit. She also readily offers overpriced treatments/surgeries instead of trying gentle, natural methods first. Of course, surgery is more profitable than simply prescribing vitamins/supplements. The practice is okay if you know what you want (vaccinations, deworming, etc.). But if you're looking for a meaningful and nuanced diagnosis, I would definitely go somewhere else.

We take our dog to Dr. Zieboll and couldn't be happier. She works incredibly professionally, is very friendly, and has a truly special, empathetic way with animals. Our dog has hip problems and doesn't like being touched there – yet she handles her so gently and attentively that we simply feel in good hands. She is always warm and welcoming to us as well, takes her time, and explains everything clearly. A big thank you also goes to the entire practice team – the assistants are also incredibly friendly. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice. Highly recommended!

A fantastic veterinary practice that cared for my old German Shepherd for a long time, right up until the end (April 10, 2026). They were always focused on the animal's well-being and never tried to overcharge me. I can highly recommend them. The best practice far and wide, as I've also had to go to a competitor out of necessity. Perhaps we'll see each other again sometime.
