We took our cat there just before Christmas because he was having trouble breathing. We got an appointment quite quickly, even on the same day. The vet then immediately referred us to the animal hospital, which thankfully helped our cat. I appreciate that the vet advised us and referred us to the animal hospital, as the case was more serious than we initially thought. Thank you so much!
The only veterinary practice that gave me an immediate appointment for my rat Snow in an emergency, after I had called several others, even though it was an emergency. So thank you so much! 🌷 Friendly reception and friendly veterinarians. My rat received excellent care, and the price was reasonable. Definitely gained a new customer. Snow is doing great again and happily hopping around in her playpen. 🩷
We are truly disappointed with the way people are treated here. We parked in a parking space that was in no way marked as private or belonging to the veterinary clinic. Other parking spaces in the area are clearly marked – this one wasn't. It was therefore completely unclear to us that we weren't allowed to park there. Instead of contacting us briefly or giving us the opportunity to move the vehicle, a tow truck was immediately called, which cost us €350 – especially stressful since we were out with our baby. Even more disappointing, however, was the way things were handled afterward: When we inquired, the response was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. This is not what respectful treatment looks like to us – especially in a neighborhood where people live together. Our impression: Drastic measures are taken here far too quickly, without first attempting a fair solution. We would have appreciated more humanity, communication, and understanding.
I took my little dog Amy to the vet this morning shortly after 9 (for the first time) because of a ruptured anal gland abscess. I walked in without an appointment or calling ahead, and they took me in without hesitation! Amy received thorough treatment, even though she was wriggling like an eel due to the pain, despite her tiny size of 1.8 kg! 🥹 I also got the medication right away! Excellent value for money! Amy was completely happy again when I got home and ate something right away! ♥️🙏
Hello dear Tierstadt Team, First of all, I'd like to thank you for seeing Minnie on December 23rd, the day before Christmas. I had called so many veterinary practices in Nuremberg, but was always met with rudeness and turned away. I was able to book an appointment online, which I thought was fantastic. My husband and father were seen immediately with Minnie after only a short wait, as we weren't patients before and had provided all the necessary information, which was perfectly fine. My dog was treated very well. Unfortunately, I was at work, but you kept me informed via the phone and the conversation, and I'd like to thank you again for that. Minnie was given a thorough check-up, received injections, and pain medication to take home. Today she's feeling better again; it's taking some time, but she can eat now. I would gladly give more than five stars. As a pet owner who wasn't there in person, I was extremely satisfied. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. P.S.: Minnie and I wish you a relaxing holiday season and a happy new year!
